Jazz Band and Orchestra
The School Orchestra is 55 strong and the Jazz Band recently won a Silver in the Lewis Eady competition. (For many years now we have also won Gold Awards.)
There are many other music groups. The Saxophone Group and several Rock Bands practise before school, in intervals and lunch hours.

Music Tuition
The Music Room at our school is modern and well equipped. In addition we have three practice rooms where tutors work each day giving lessons to individual students.
All instruments and vocal lessons are offered on a private basis. Reasonable fees are charged for these half hour lessons in school time.
This year our tutors are:

Crystal Tailela ........piano, keyboard and voice.
