Illegal drugs have no place in any school. This policy sets out the school’s approach to handling problems presented by people who decide to break the law. Drugs, including so-called “soft drugs” like marijuana and alcohol, endanger health and safety as well as impairing ability to learn.

The most difficult aspect of this proves is that the perpetrator of an action is innocent until the evidence proves otherwise. In the heat of an event, with emotions running strongly, this is easy to loose sight of.
